Due to printing and shipping times on paperbacks, hardbacks and merchandise, there could be delays of up to 3-4 weeks.
Please ensure your order is to a street address or it cannot be shipped. If the customer supplied an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
If your product is broken, damaged, or incorrectly sent, please contact email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of the item. Include in the email your name, address, and date of the purchase, as well as photos of the product, and we will assist you with a replacement.
Refunds are processed once we have received your order back to us, in the condition it was sent out.
