How do I download my ebook?

Your ebooks are delivered automatically and immediately upon purchase by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

The book will be delivered to the email address you used at the checkout.

For technical help email the people at Bookfunnel help@bookfunnel.com. They are prompt with their replies.

Your BookFunnel Library

Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library here: https://My.BookFunnel.com.

Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel from all authors.

How will I read my ebook?

Books can be read on:

  • Kindle Fire tablets after 2015
  • Nook tablets after 2014
  • Kobo eReaders apart from Kobo Aura
  • Apple devices:
    Apple Books, iTunes, iPads, iPhones using a minimum of iOS 10+ (2016) (but most were upgraded to iOS 10 after 2012)
  • Android Tablets and Phones after Android 5.1(2013)
  • Your computer using Chrome or Firefox browser.
  • NOOK Color (2010), NOOK Tablet (2011), NOOK HD (2012)

SOLUTION: If you do not have one from the list above, you can simply install Chrome or Firefox on your computer!

What happens with pre-orders?

When you purchase a pre-order, you are charged once by the payment method you select. The book is automatically delivered on the release date by an email from BookFunnel.

If the email hasn’t arrived on that date, look for it in your Spam folder or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

Paperback

We cannot accept P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Please ensure all details are correct when you submit the order because changes to the delivery address, shipping method and quantity will not be accepted. 

The book/s will be printed from the closest print location. Custom delays, natural disasters and holidays may delay your order.

If you have any issues regarding postage, damaged or incorrectly packaged items, please contact info@biancaleeward.com.

If you are outside of the shipping countries, please contact me for accurate shipping cost and delivery time.

Please understand that small businesses cannot compete with a trillion dollar company like Amazon, so unfortunately, there are shipping costs and a longer waiting time, but myself and my small family appreciate your support.
